About the role
- Arbutus is a leading land developer, home builder, and commercial constructor, operating across Western Canada.
- Turnover Coordination: Oversee the move-in and move-out logistics, including conducting thorough suite inspections and finalizing transition paperwork.
- Presentation Standards: Ensure show suites, leasing offices, and high-traffic common areas remain immaculate and presentation-ready.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier service to current residents by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and managing maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, from drafting offers and negotiating terms with tenants to tracking overall renewal metrics.
- Handle additional operational duties as requested by the Area Manager to support the property's success.
- We are seeking an energetic and service-driven Customer Service & Leasing Representative to support the lease-up and ongoing operations of our residential rental communities in Edmonton.
- This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in building relationships, representing the Arbutus brand, and contributing to vibrant, well-managed communities.
Requirements
- Assist with rent collection by tracking outstanding balances, distributing required notices, and following up on payments in compliance with company policy and the Residential Tenancies Act (Alberta).
- At least two (2) years of experience in residential leasing, property management, or a high-touch, customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with Yardi property management software is highly advantageous
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a consistent Tuesday through Saturday schedule (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM).

- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred, as occasional travel between sites may be necessary.
