Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day customs compliance activities under the direction of the PC&L Manager or Supervisor.
- Review and process shipping documents (BOL, commercial invoices, customs paperwork) for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of all customs-related documentation and filings.
- Monitor and report premium freight usage and support cost tracking activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
Requirements
- Follow all safety policies, use required PPE, and maintain good housekeeping (5S).
Nice to have
- Associate's degree or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in a logistics, shipping, or customs-related environment preferred.
- Manufacturing environment preferred
- Advanced level Microsoft Office suite required;
- Intermediate level SAP preferred.
- Required to travel-5%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferred.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of customs regulations and freight processes.
- Good communication skills (internal and external).
- Ability to follow standard procedures and supervisor direction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Compensation
- $25k-$29k
