Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in oral, written, and interpersonal settings.
Nice to have
- Experience of working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, preferably Slate.
- Experience working in admissions and with prospective college students.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to write and speak fluently in Spanish

- Job Description
- This position is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of new students to Southwest Minnesota State University.
- Admissions Counselors are responsible for participating in activities and tasks that result in moving students through the enrollment funnel.
- The enrollment funnel includes the following critical processes: Prospect Generation, Inquiry Management, Application Development, and Admission to Enrollment.
- The primary objective is to meet or exceed enrollment goals established by the administration.
