About the role

This role is field-based, with up to 85% travel nationwide, and is focused on helping dental practices adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows with confidence.
You'll serve as a trusted clinical advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders-helping teams adopt new technology, digital workflows, improve clinical performance, and accelerate early success.
Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet the practice's goals and maturity level.

Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers, reinforcing clinical urgency, and building confidence during and immediately after training.
Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support.

Must be within 60-min drive
Operational Expertise: 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination in fast-paced environments.
Strong Communicator: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to adjust tone and approach based on audience-whether working with hygienists or C-suite stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right resources, messaging, and tools are in place before training day.
