Responsibilities
- Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs.
- Apply technical knowledge to influence designs utilizing solution selling, resources, and strategies.
- Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
- Technical calibrations & research with sales & other Arrow depts. & Suppliers in support of the customer design. Champion return on engineering investment, design win priorities, initiatives, and promotions by obtaining buy-in and support from sales.
Requirements
- Arrow provides specialized services and expertise across the entire product lifecycle.
- Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
- Bachelor's degree or related engineering degree
- Experience with FPGA Design and/or similar experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and also to work well in small teams
