About the role
- The Sustainability, Health & Safety (SHS) Senior Manager has accountability to continuously improve the Sustainability, Health & Safety (SHS) program performance by ensuring program implementation, adherence, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes a 1-year business plan ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategic plan and immediate manager's business plan.
- Maintains a strong safety culture across the assigned area and throughout Badger.
- This position supports operations leadership through consulting, coaching, and mentoring to ensure program implementation in alignment with strategic performance targets.
Compensation
- The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000-$160,000 based on education or work experience.
