About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects and handle frequent re-prioritizations that will often require independent decision making.
  • Monitor and track operations activities and assist with projects in support of seasonal operation priorities and Agency initiatives.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and administrative support for day-to-day operation of the First Deputy Commissioner's divisions and answer phones and draft correspondence to constituents.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
  • High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above
  • However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.
