Responsibilities
- This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and takes pride in creating a positive employee experience from onboarding through day-to-day support.
- Help plan and support employee engagement activities and events throughout the year
- Support the new hire process, including background checks, drug testing, onboarding communication, and orientation
- Provide administrative support including filing, communication creation, and posting employee notices
- Partner with leadership to support safety initiatives and promote a safe working environment
- Support special projects and additional HR initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Experience with Workday and UKG strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Compensation
- The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $48,700 - $67,800 annually.This role is categorized as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.The actual salary will vary based on applican
