About the role

  • As Executive Assistant to our CEO, Jaleh, your job is to scale her time and energy across every Mutineer, customer, and investor she touches.
  • You'll run the physical and social heartbeat of the company too, from the office to the events that keep a fast-growing team connected.
  • Do this well and you become the person Jaleh and the whole company can't imagine operating without.

Responsibilities

  • Jaleh's time. Calendar, email, travel, expenses, and event coordination. Be the trusted partner who responds fast and resolves every internal request before it becomes a problem.
  • The inbox, in her voice. Build playbooks for processing email on Jaleh's behalf and route only what truly needs her. This takes sharp judgment, strong writing, and a real feel for how she thinks and how the company works.

Requirements

  • You know how to crush a to-do list and can multi-task like the best of them.
  • You know what needs Jaleh and what doesn't, and you can speak and write as her when it counts.
  • Guests, new hires, and the whole team feel more at home because you're around, and you have the taste to make every space and event feel right.
