Responsibilities
- AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring for an Assistant Manager to help lead our Automotive Repair Team in Rittenhouse, VA!
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree in Automotive Technology or ASE Certification a plus!)
Skills
- Supervise and ensure continuous implementation and adherence to all AAA Car Care policies and procedures.
- Assist in the hiring and evaluation of Repair Technicians and training and development of Repair Technicians and Service Advisors.
- Open and close Car Care store and ensure adequate scheduling of same.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation
- The starting base compensation for this position is $48,726 to $62,176 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
