Coordinate with the Underground Construction Manager and Area Construction Managers to maintain the construction critical path and achieve key milestones.
Review design scope and constructability and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage change and scope control, ensuring scope changes are documented and approved before work is performed.
Implement site safety, security procedures, and project work rules.
Support and promote a strong safety culture, making safety an integral part of all work activities.

This role requires a thorough knowledge of construction management, the ability to deal with complex situations holistically, understand the overall project picture, and recognize how individual actions fit within it.

$138,000.00 - $256,000.00
The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
