About the role
- Prospect Capital is seeking a professional to join its Specialty Finance Group.
- This individual will focus on a broad mandate of debt and equity investment opportunities in the specialty finance sector including:
- Consumer Finance - consumer lending, secured / unsecured installment loans, and auto loans
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage portfolio investments
Requirements
- Experience with small business lenders (e.g. merchant cash advance - MCAs)
- Work in small deal teams directly with senior management, with an ability to have an outsized impact on the success of each investment and the firm overall

Compensation
- The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $300,000 plus annual discretionary performance-based bonus.
