  • We're seeking a Senior Structural Engineer who brings deep technical expertise, strong project leadership, and a collaborative mindset to complex building projects.
  • In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of structural solutions from concept through construction, while managing projects, mentoring team members, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Acting as a design engineer and project manager on a variety of building projects of various sizes and complexity
  • Following through all phases of projects from concept design through construction
  • Working closely with our integrated team of architects, interior designers, landscape architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, as well as other partner firms
  • Building relationships of trust with clients and other outside agencies
  • Providing leadership for structural Contract Administration project activities. Including supervising and inspecting the installation, modification, testing and operation of structural design

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering is required, master's degree is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development

Compensation

  • CAD 110k-CAD 140k
