We're seeking a Senior Structural Engineer who brings deep technical expertise, strong project leadership, and a collaborative mindset to complex building projects.
In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of structural solutions from concept through construction, while managing projects, mentoring team members, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Acting as a design engineer and project manager on a variety of building projects of various sizes and complexity
Following through all phases of projects from concept design through construction
Working closely with our integrated team of architects, interior designers, landscape architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, as well as other partner firms
Building relationships of trust with clients and other outside agencies
Providing leadership for structural Contract Administration project activities. Including supervising and inspecting the installation, modification, testing and operation of structural design

Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering is required, master's degree is an asset
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development
