Responsibilities
- Manage multiple estimates, tasks, and deadlines with clarity and precision
- Lead the preparation and distribution of tender packages, review bids, and complete thorough analyses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure complete project alignment
- Strong preference for design-build project experience
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Construction Engineering Technology (or a related field)
- 3+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor in the ICI and/or high-rise residential space
- Familiarity with the GTA construction landscape
Skills
- Broccolini uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to screen, select, and/or assess candidates during the recruitment process.
