Responsibilities

  • Systems Ownership: Own our survey and performance management platforms end-to-end including configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and feature rollout across the PBP team.
  • Team Operating Rhythm: Own project management hygiene for the team, including project setup, task tracking, and milestone visibility so the team operates with clarity and momentum.
  • AI & Tooling: Manage our AI tooling, including adoption across the PBP function, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency.
  • Program Operations: Drive operational execution of the team's programs including MBR logistics, engagement survey cycles, performance review infrastructure, and headcount planning workflows.
  • Change Management Support: Build and maintain workflows and playbooks that PBPs use to support their business units through organizational change.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Support employee lifecycle workflows and partner closely with People Ops on process alignment and handoffs, ensuring consistency.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $130,000.
