- Licensure required to obtain: Must be license eligible.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to hear and speak.

- The employee is occasionally required to bend, perform activities that require fine motor skills, and reach.
- Must be license eligible.
Benefits
- Responsible for the clinical assessment and outpatient treatment for patients seeking mental health treatment.
- Five to six years of formal training or education beyond the high school level (e.g., Masters Degree or five-year program in a mental health discipline).
- Licensed by the state of New Hampshire to perform mental health practice within two years of hire date.
- At least two years practicing mental health counseling preferred.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include far vision, and near vision.
- Conducts bio-psycho-social mental health assessments of patients and develops patient-centered treatment plans.
- Participates in education and training of Behavioral Health Interns and Family Medicine Residents.
