Responsibilities
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology
- Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax.
- Collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments, and/or arrange for billing

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
Nice to have
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Customer Service and Order Entry
- Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Travel Percentage: 10%
