Responsibilities
- The Online Security Technologies team is looking for a senior people leader to lead Schwab's authentication platform, a critical capability that supports secure, reliable, and easy-to-use client login experiences.
- You will balance technical leadership, people development, delivery execution, and partner engagement while helping the team move high-priority security initiatives forward with clarity and urgency.
- You will partner across technology, business, and development teams to align priorities, manage risk, remove barriers, and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
