About the role
- Position Overview As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facility infrastructure as well as material handling equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building infrastructure, including dock doors, overhead doors, and related systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and support multiple maintenance disciplines.

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold storage environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience in facility maintenance, MHE/forklift repair, or related mechanical fields preferred.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems
- basic electrical knowledge preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical systems
