- Establish relationships with key stakeholders at sites to understand objectives and architect solutions to deliver business outcomes
- Maintain accurate forecasts and account plans
Requirements
- Required Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders
- US Citizenship required
- Valid driver's license required
- BS/BA degree required in engineering or a discipline that supports knowledge of the business
- Detailed knowledge of sales processes with a history of success
- 3+ Years of direct selling experience within industrial manufacturing or related markets
- Perform related duties as required
- Customer focused and responsive
- Excellent intrapersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-directed, self-motivated, and detail oriented
- Strategic thinker with solid technical aptitude and skills
- Strong prospecting/opportunity development for both software and services
