About the role
- The RBL will be responsible for all commercial field-related activities and achieving company goals in their region.
- Your team will consist of both Territory Business Leaders focused on product promotion and Clinical Diabetes Specialists supporting product education and training.
- Partnering cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and sales leadership to align field needs and market dynamics will be pivotal for this role.

Requirements
- 4+ years sales leadership experience
- 8+ years field sales experience with a minimum of 5 years of related industry sales experience in one or more of the following areas: diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, and managed care.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Diabetes products and therapies.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to carry and transport professional sales samples and literature.
- Ability to travel within defined territory as necessary, which may include overnight travel.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated history of success leading a field sales team preferred.
- Demonstrated relationships with Endocrinologists strongly preferred.
