Responsibilities
- You'll update customer support content;
- You'll collaborate with the brand, Customer Advisory, product, and development teams on the creation and launch of new products;
- You assist the Customer Service team in creating support content and training agents;
- You provide guidelines to graphic designers, translators, and other support teams;
- Whether through emails, apps, social media, or by supporting the team, your goal will be to optimize recurring revenue generation and customer satisfaction for the SPYPOINT and VOSKER brands.
Requirements
- You have a degree in marketing, combined with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing communications, UX copywriting, or any other relevant experience;
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (frequent contact with people outside Quebec).
- You have strong writing skills;
- You have strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- You have knowledge of relationship marketing, customer loyalty, and UX;
- You have a strong interest in the customer experience;
- If you have specific needs to make the recruitment process more accessible, don't hesitate to reach out.
