Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Corporate Quality Management Program across all areas of the business and ensure compliance.
- Expand and Develop standard operating procedures and processes to achieve the highest levels of quality associated with delivering a completed construction project.
- Manage a team of Quality Managers and/or professionals to execute the administrative tasks related to reporting site evaluations, quality reporting requirements, and site specific quality planning.
- Develop and update comprehensive training curriculum for all field operations, Quality Department Staff, and Subcontractors.
- Build effective working relationships with clients, trade partners, and the Suffolk project team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quality Management or demonstrated equivalent field.
- Solid understanding of means and methods of construction Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry Working knowledge of national and State code and quality regulations/standards.
- Must have judgment to know when to appropriately escalate issues up the chain of command.
- A strong sense of urgency and initiative, and the ability to quickly study and react to complex issues, and resolve conflict effectively in a firm but fair manner.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time
- The employee is frequently required to stand
