About the role

Implement and maintain the Corporate Quality Management Program across all areas of the business and ensure compliance.
Expand and Develop standard operating procedures and processes to achieve the highest levels of quality associated with delivering a completed construction project.
Manage a team of Quality Managers and/or professionals to execute the administrative tasks related to reporting site evaluations, quality reporting requirements, and site specific quality planning.
Develop and update comprehensive training curriculum for all field operations, Quality Department Staff, and Subcontractors.
Build effective working relationships with clients, trade partners, and the Suffolk project team members.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quality Management or demonstrated equivalent field.
Solid understanding of means and methods of construction Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry Working knowledge of national and State code and quality regulations/standards.
Must have judgment to know when to appropriately escalate issues up the chain of command.
A strong sense of urgency and initiative, and the ability to quickly study and react to complex issues, and resolve conflict effectively in a firm but fair manner.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time
