Responsibilities
- Review, post, analyze, and document all intercompany entries and reconciliations, ensuring thorough, organized documentation and adequate support.
- Manage intercompany and intracompany invoicing and settlement process, including coordination with Account Payable and other stakeholder to properly settle intercompany balances.
- Coordinate with intercompany partners to ensure accurate classification and accounting treatment of intercompany activity in accordance with company policy and accounting standards.
- Maintain and adherence to established intercompany policies and transfer pricing agreements.
- Maintain the general ledger and statutory financial ledgers, including ensuring proper and timely entering and recording of transactions in accordance with the Company's accounting policies.
- Support automation initiatives related to intercompany and consolidation accounting tasks.

Requirements
- Ability to meet multiple tight deadlines and possess good time management skills
- Ability to work independently on accounting projects with minimal direction
- Ability to make decisions with discretion and sound judgment
- Ability to work independently or with a team, self-starter, energetic
- 5 or more years of accounting experience in corporate accounting department with focus on intercompany and consolidation transactions.
- Experience with multi-entity accounting, and international entities, and cross-border accounting workflow is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong Excel skills including the ability to create pivot tables and perform VLOOKUPs.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred but not required.
- Experience with intercompany transactions and consolidation, as well as month-end close process utilizing a large ERP system
- Oracle Cloud is preferred.
- Familiarity with foreign exchange impact on intercompany transactions a plus.
Compensation
- CAD $77,837.00 - 122,548.53 annually
