About the role
- As a survey crew chief, you will engage in diverse survey tasks across various projects, including construction staking, boundary surveys, topography surveys, and ALTA surveys.
- Working under the guidance of our professional land survey manager, you will apply your comprehensive understanding of field concepts, practices, and procedures to contribute to the success of the team.
- This position does require a significant amount of travel to project sites at different stages of completion and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

Requirements
- You are passionate about:
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- 0-4 years' experience working as a survey crew chief
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time based on project needs
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Working collaboratively with others.
- Having ownership in the work you do.
- Using your talents to positively affect communities.
- You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving history
- Additional Information
Nice to have
- Experience with construction staking, boundary surveys, topography surveys, and ALTA surveys, is preferred
