About the role
- You will communicate directly with donors through calls, personalized outreach, and in-person meetings.
- Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, follow-through, discretion, and the ability to understand what motivates each donor and communicate accordingly.
Responsibilities
- We drive real change in America by working through our "Build - Elect - Pass" model:
- You will be expected to talk to donors regularly, meet them in person, and ask for financial support.
- The Donor Relations Advisor works closely with the Donor Relations Manager to deliver a consistent, high-quality donor experience.

Compensation
- Position type: Full-time | FLSA status: Exempt YAL offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, including a base salary with performance-based bonuses.
