About the role

You will communicate directly with donors through calls, personalized outreach, and in-person meetings.
Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, follow-through, discretion, and the ability to understand what motivates each donor and communicate accordingly.

We drive real change in America by working through our "Build - Elect - Pass" model:
You will be expected to talk to donors regularly, meet them in person, and ask for financial support.
The Donor Relations Advisor works closely with the Donor Relations Manager to deliver a consistent, high-quality donor experience.
