About the role

- Schedule for shifts will change based on needs of programs, however schedules are given two weeks in advance (no oncall responsibilities).
Responsibilities
- The Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Float provides direct care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) within residential group homes in Eugene/Springfield.
Requirements
- Must be able to work swing/overnight shifts.
