Responsibilities
- A sales support or operations professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career.
- A player-coach who enjoys developing others while staying close to the work.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales support, customer operations, revenue operations, quoting, order management, or a related B2B environment.
- Experience with CRM, quoting, proposal, or CPQ platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Skills
- Monitor key operational metrics, service levels, and workflow efficiency while driving continuous process improvements.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $70,500 - $100,300 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities.
