Job Purpose: To ensure the efficient preparation, handling, processing, and packaging of products in accordance with customer specifications and established company policies and quality standards.

Communicate with Lead Hands, QC, Supervisors, and Management regarding product specs or issues.
Maintain general housekeeping in all work areas ("Clean as You Go").
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Leads, Supervisors, or Management.

Ability to lift up to 23-25 kg regularly.
Skills Required:
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
Boots must be in good, clean repair and have good tread at all times.
push/pull bins up to 300 kg as required.
Assemble and tape boxes, weigh and label products accurately, and maintain required production line speed and accuracy.
Other duties as required or instructed.

Box cutter knives
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills (typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent).
Ability to accurately complete paperwork and follow written instructions.
