About the role
- You'll guide the work and raise the bar for craft and product thinking, while actively contributing to how key problems are framed and solved.
- A key part of this role is advancing how we use AI to enhance both sides of the experience.
- This includes integrating capabilities like Vision AI (our generative style visualization capability) into core journeys, while also enabling stylists with better tools.

- This role reports to the Head of Product Design and sits at the center of the business, with end-to-end ownership across both client and stylist journeys.
- Shape the end-to-end experience: Define and drive design strategy across the full client journey, as well as the systems that support stylists
- Drive product evolution: Identify and deliver high-impact opportunities that move the experience forward, balancing foundational improvements with new ideas and approaches
- Lead and develop the team: Manage and coach designers, setting a high bar for craft, product thinking, and execution
- Influence cross-functional direction: Shape priorities, align roadmaps, and drive execution in close partnership with cross-functional leaders
- You possess strong product thinking paired with excellent design craft
Requirements
- You have 8-12+ years designing consumer products, with 2-4+ years leading teams
- You have extensive experience owning complex, end-to-end product areas in consumer or marketplace environments
- You have the ability to define direction in ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
- You have experience guiding teams while actively shaping work and outcomes
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams and levels
- You have experience applying AI, ML and personalization to product experiences
Compensation
- $127,100 - $212,000 USD
- This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity.
- The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas.
- A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, location, and performance.
- This position is eligible for an annual bonus, and new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units, depending on employee and company performance.
