Responsibilities

  • The Telecommunications Engineering Technician I provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecommunications support across the SOFSANet enterprise and associated sites.
  • This role assists in the design and analysis of telecommunications networks, configures and maintains telecommunications systems, and ensures network connectivity for end users across the PEO SOFSA enterprise.
