About the role
- This role plays a key part in evaluating asset level financial performance, monitoring KPIs and assisting with the analytical work that underpins asset reviews.
- The role also assists with budgeting, reforecasting, competitive analysis, capital planning and market research.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain models, reports and analytics supporting asset performance
- Conduct competitive and market analyses to support strategy and decision-making
- Maintain accurate asset-level data and support system updates
- Support transitions, strategic evaluations and special projects as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, real estate or related analytical discipline
- Must be located in Chicago, IL or New York, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation
- The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,000 -$100,000 per year.
