Sitting within Supply Chain Planning, this role enables data-driven, risk-aware, and digitally enabled inventory insights that support supply, deployment, and IBP decision-making.
Support inventory performance metrics including days of supply, turns, and policy adherence
Prepare clear inventory storytelling to support supply and IBP discussions
Maintain inventory dashboards and standard reports
Validate master data inputs including lead times, lot sizes, and service levels
Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Planning, Deployment, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to resolve inventory issues
Support alignment on inventory assumptions and targets
Perform routine inventory segregation tasks in SAP

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Finance or related field required
ASCM inventory or CPIM coursework or certifications a plus

1-4 years of experience in Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or related roles
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data and trends
Working knowledge of inventory metrics, replenishment concepts, and planning parameters
Ability to communicate insights through clear, concise storytelling
Comfortable working within structured processes and defined systems
Demonstrated interest in developing planning and digital capabilities

Pay Rate or Range: $64,900.00 - $97,360.00

The Inventory Analyst supports inventory planning and performance management by analyzing inventory positions, trends, and drivers to improve service, working capital, and inventory health.
Support inventory policies, safety stock parameters, and replenishment settings
Monitor inventory levels, coverage, and health across assigned products, locations, or networks
