About the role

- This position is based in Nashville and is primarily in-office, with limited hybrid flexibility based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling priorities, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support executive meetings, events, off-sites, and special projects
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Nashville office
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Partner with departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations, reports, and executive documents
- Trusted partner or right-hand support to executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-Suite leaders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Experience coordinating executive meetings, events, and special projects
- Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced organizations
- Ability to anticipate needs and execute with minimal direction
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
