About the role
- Responsibilities will include but are not
- limited to, ensuring that designated areas are always clean and well organized.
- : Monday-Friday from 5pm-12:30am (Off Saturday/Sunday)
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy physical labor moving and pushing large amounts of trash
- We develop, build, own, and manage premier office towers and residential buildings that set new standards in environmental responsibility and user efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to utilize two-way radio to receive information and assignments and report on project and assignment
- Note: Special care must be taken not to splash solution on walls, doors and furniture.
- Note: If you are not sure of items to be discarded, contact your supervisor immediately.
- Prior office cleaning experience or similar environment
- Operate tools and equipment in general custodial work
- Meet all schedules and timelines
- Understand and follow work directions as provided by supervisor
- Follow instructions per tenant request
- Work cooperatively with others
- Observe health and safety regulations
- progress from various locations
- Work is performed while standing and or walking
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
Compensation
- $24.036 - $32.048 per hour.
