Responsibilities

  • A clinician seeing 20+ sessions per week can build a meaningful income stream without the administrative burden of running a private practice.
  • We partner with over 60 school districts-including Kaiser Permanente-reaching more than one million students nationwide.
  • In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive.
  • 🧠 Professional support - Clinical guidance from experienced team leads and a clinical director to help you meet and exceed your goals
  • Flexibility & Clinical Support (Both Roles)
  • Administrative Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling-so you can focus on care
  • Foster strong, supportive relationships with youth to create a safe therapeutic environment

Requirements

  • Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
  • We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling-so you can focus on care
  • Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California

Compensation

  • 💰 Base salary of approximately $55,000/year with the opportunity to earn over $115,000 annually through monthly session bonuses ($70 per session beyond 17/week)
