About the Role The Staff Attorney will help review various types of immigration applications and perform legal research according to guidance provided by senior attorneys.
The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, able to follow detailed instructions, and motivated to help our clients obtain documents and stay united with their families.

Perform legal research on immigration law topics What Makes You a Great Fit The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of a state bar.

No immigration experience is necessary, as training will be provided on the types of cases you will be working on, but an interest in immigration law is preferred.
