About the role
- DCU's Quality Control Department is seeking technicians that are responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable company and industry standards.
- Quality control technicians test products across the three stages of production (before, in-process, and final) to ensure quality levels are met.
- Duties/Responsibilities: Testing door related components.
Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing, lifting, and walking are required.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Knowledge of electromechanical devices, motors, controllers, gearboxes etc...
- Experience with voltmeter, wiring schematics, and an understanding of electrical safety.
- At least two years related experience required.
Nice to have
- Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Needs to be mechanically inclined, automatic door knowledge preferred.
