About the role

  • In partnership with the Child Advocacy and Protection Services (CAPS) and Ambulatory Services leaders, this position is responsible for the operations of the assigned child advocacy center(s) and designated medical satellite(s).
  • Responsible for maintaining the CAC(s) National Children's Alliance (NCA) accreditation.
  • In collaboration with CAPS and Ambulatory leadership, identifies opportunities for CAC and programmatic growth that align with Children's Wisconsin mission and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience required.

Nice to have

  • Proven understanding of ambulatory operations and/or child advocacy and protection services preferred.

  • Master's Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration preferred.
  • 5+ years of ambulatory care or similar health care related experience required.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council
