Responsibilities
- Support and help reinforce Moss's IRA/PWA compliance processes during active project execution at assigned sites.
- Serve as the primary field-facing liaison between project teams, trade partners, and the internal IRA-PWA team to support compliance visibility and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, and foremen to support implementation of site-level compliance workflows aligned with construction schedules.
- Support job classification mapping reinforcement and help identify potential discrepancies in reported work activities and supporting records.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining site-level compliance documentation (e.g., certified payroll reporting support, apprenticeship documentation, labor hour/worker tracking, site records) to ensure audit readiness.
- Support periodic site-level reviews/audits of compliance records; document findings and help drive corrective actions and follow-through.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Moss' PWA Compliance Liaison supports the execution of Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) compliance at the project/site level.
- Working in close partnership with the IRA-PWA compliance team and project leadership, this role helps ensure site teams and trade partners understand and follow applicable federal labor compliance requirements that impact incentive eligibility.
- This position serves as a primary field-facing point of contact for day-to-day compliance coordination-helping implement standard processes, reinforce job classification mapping expectations, support documentation readiness, and identify and escalate risks.
Requirements
- Maintain professional communication with subcontractors and vendors to facilitate timely delivery of required reporting and certifications.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- additional coursework or degree in business, construction, compliance, or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, construction administration, labor compliance, project coordination, or regulatory documentation support preferred (site experience strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage requirements, apprenticeship compliance, and certified payroll reporting (CPR) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- experience with SharePoint, document management, or compliance tracking systems is a plus.
