Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day technology operations, ensuring business-critical systems are available, performant, and well-supported
- Establish and maintain service-level expectations and support workflows
- Build a unified IT support model across both legacy organizations
- Define and manage incident response processes, including severity levels, escalation paths, and communication protocols
- Domain consolidation and rebranding support
- Build and run the IT function that will support the business long-term.
- Own and operate the Entra ID environment, including conditional access, MFA, administrative units, and dynamic groups
- Maintain SSO and SCIM provisioning across SaaS platforms
- Lead migration of applications from Okta to Entra ID
- Manage Microsoft Intune across macOS, iOS, and Windows devices
Requirements
- Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
Compensation
- $190,000 - $230,000 per year, depending on experience
- Additional Information
- Travel: Up to 10% globally
