About the role
- Complete minor repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing.
- Respond promptly to guest service requests and resolve maintenance issues with minimal disruption.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Work collaboratively with hotel team members to support overall guest satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform tasks requiring standing/walking for extended periods.
- This role involves performing routine preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, and supporting the hotel's operations to maintain Hampton Inn brand standards.
Requirements
- Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification a plus.
