Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.
  • Deliver general administrative and operational support across Fortune Live Media to ensure smooth daily workflows.
  • Support cross-functional teams (Programming, Production, Marketing, Sales, Client Services) with coordination and data management.
  • Maintain and update operational resources to align teams on tentpole event milestones and priorities.
  • Support strategic partnerships and key initiatives for major events.
  • Provide backup support during peak periods and manage special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Total Compensation Range: $65,000-$70,000 (non-exempt). This range is a good faith estimate and may vary based on a number of relevant factors.

Nice to have

  • Prepare and organize agendas, presentations, briefings, and other internal materials.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative, executive support, or coordination roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, media, business, event management, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/presentation tools.
  • Experience in media, events, publishing, or similar fast-paced environments preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Compensation

  • A commitment to an open, inclusive, and diverse work culture
  • $65,000-$70,000 (non-exempt).
