About the role
- Approximately 80% of the Assistant Coach's responsibility is dedicated to the instruction of strength and conditioning through weight room/facility training and classroom training through the use of video and other teaching techniques.
- Approximately 20% of the Assistant Coach's responsibility is working alongside coaching staff and other administrative duties.

Requirements
- All positions designated as CSAs are required to complete an online or in - person training session.
- Work could include computer data-entry, routine record keeping, and compliance logs required by the NCAA.
Compensation
- $40,000.00 to Negotiable Annual
