About the role
- The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced client environment.
- Facilitate meetings with business and technology stakeholders.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
- The Junior Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, document solutions, and support project delivery.
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and business validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional Business Analyst experience after graduation.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience supporting Agile and/or Scrum projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Experience creating process flows, business requirements, user stories, and functional documentation.
Nice to have
- Prior consulting experience or experience working with external clients.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Exposure to digital transformation, eCommerce, CRM, ERP, or enterprise application projects.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools.
- CAPM, ECBA, or Agile-related certifications are a plus.
