About the role

  • The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced client environment.
  • Facilitate meetings with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • The Junior Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, document solutions, and support project delivery.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
  • Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and business validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional Business Analyst experience after graduation.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Experience supporting Agile and/or Scrum projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
  • Experience creating process flows, business requirements, user stories, and functional documentation.

Nice to have

  • Prior consulting experience or experience working with external clients.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, eCommerce, CRM, ERP, or enterprise application projects.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools.
  • CAPM, ECBA, or Agile-related certifications are a plus.
