  • The Field Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily field operations by ensuring accurate workforce data, clear communication, and efficient manpower coordination.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience with workforce data or coordination (construction environment preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels
  • High attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Monitor and follow up on daily field reports to ensure timely submission and approval for payroll accuracy
  • Track workforce attendance, including absences, no-call/no-shows, and missing time entries
  • Compile and distribute daily site headcount reports for leadership visibility
  • Coordinate employee transfers between jobsites, ensuring smooth transitions and proper onboarding (orientation, badging, licensing)
  • Assign new craft hires to projects, and confirm jobsite placement
  • Review timecards and workforce data to ensure accuracy across systems
  • Generate and analyze reports (attendance, manpower, workforce trends)
  • Ensure data integrity across workforce tracking tools and platforms
