- Butterfly also enables third-party development of imaging AI apps through Butterfly Garden™, its software development kit and AI partnership initiative.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales Executives and Clinical Specialists during the sales process to support evaluations, discovery meetings, and product presentations.
- Support pilot programs, customer evaluations, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Build trusted relationships with physicians, clinicians, administrators, educators, and operational leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve demo environments, training materials, and customer messaging.
- Deliver engaging live and virtual demonstrations of Compass AI to prospective customers, clinical stakeholders, and existing Butterfly users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Experience delivering software or technology demonstrations in both virtual and in-person environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- These include: adhering to all company security policies and procedures, utilize provided company assets securely, and complete all required security awareness training programs.

- Required
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, medical device support, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or customer-facing technology roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Preferred
- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, ultrasound, or point-of-care clinical environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled healthcare software platforms and clinical workflow tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise healthcare sales cycles and customer implementations.
- Clinical background or exposure to healthcare provider workflows is a plus.

Compensation
- Our estimated salary for this role based in NYC is between $150,000 - $160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
