About the role

Specifically in the delivery customer service role.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Our team is currently hiring a Level K Materials Management and Transportation Manager.

Manages and integrates employee's activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Manages, develops and motivates employees
able to influence senior leaders, present complex technical/organizational matters clearly, and lead high-stakes discussions

5+ years of experience in Supply chain and/or Materials Management
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
2+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
1+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills
To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
( Required Skills / Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
3+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
1+ years leading critical projects
3+ years of experience with Supply Chain, Supplier Management, and/or Procurement practices and processes
3 + years of experience with materials planning or inventory control process role in a manufacturing environment
Experience with safety and quality processes
Aerospace experience
3+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic planning and risk identification
