About the role
- Specifically in the delivery customer service role.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Our team is currently hiring a Level K Materials Management and Transportation Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manages and integrates employee's activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
- able to influence senior leaders, present complex technical/organizational matters clearly, and lead high-stakes discussions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Supply chain and/or Materials Management
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- 2+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
- 1+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 1+ years leading critical projects
- 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain, Supplier Management, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 3 + years of experience with materials planning or inventory control process role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with safety and quality processes
- Aerospace experience
- 3+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic planning and risk identification
Compensation
- Summary pay range (Level K) $125,500 - $141,075
