About the role

  • Specifically in the delivery customer service role.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Our team is currently hiring a Level K Materials Management and Transportation Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and integrates employee's activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees
  • able to influence senior leaders, present complex technical/organizational matters clearly, and lead high-stakes discussions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply chain and/or Materials Management
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 2+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
  • 1+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • ( Required Skills / Experience):

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 3+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 1+ years leading critical projects
  • 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain, Supplier Management, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 3 + years of experience with materials planning or inventory control process role in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with safety and quality processes
  • Aerospace experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic planning and risk identification

Compensation

  • Summary pay range (Level K) $125,500 - $141,075
