About the role

Job Description The Vice President (Legal Affairs) position will report to into the production legal function.

Partner cross-functionally with production, distribution, creative and marketing to align on issues relating to deal structure, contract interpretation and risk assessments.
Manage multiple projects within production and in collaboration with other functions
Help develop and implement internal processes, policies and best practices
