Responsibilities

  • This role supports daily shipping/receiving operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual comfortable with physically demanding work.
  • Manages and posts inbound/outbound transactions in the warehouse system (Genesis/ERP)
  • Maintains accurate documentation: BOLs, packing lists, shipping records, and receiving logs
  • Performs cycle counts, supports inventory accuracy, and generates reports as needed
  • Communicates with logistics partners, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission - you're not surviving on commission alone
  • 401K with profit sharing - 6% of total compensation
